Water Confidence
Non-Swimmer
Children use noodles, pick sinkers up off the steps, and swim through surface floating hoops - gaining water confidence from an early age.
Technique
Intermediate
Building on foundations with stroke development, distance swims, and refined technique. Most children swim independently in the deep end within 3 months.
Crawl & Backstroke
Beginner
From doggy paddle to the first two main strokes — crawl and backstroke -with a focus on excellent technique in small groups of maximum four children.
Butterfly & Skills
Advanced
Mastering butterfly, surface diving, correct breathing techniques with the latest equipment, and swimming through hoops with fins.
My Approach
Small Groups, Big Progress
With a maximum of 4 children per class, every child receives focused, individual attention. Each session is designed to build technique progressively - from doggy paddle through crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Relaxed & Happy
I want each child to feel relaxed and happy in the water. This enables them to progress quickly. Each child though progresses at their own pace and confidence makes a big difference towards children swimming independently in the deep end.
Skills & Fun Sessions
The last lesson each term is mainly a skills and fun session. Kids who have earned their 10-metre badge or more can use fins. They learn to surface dive, swim through hoops, and practice correct breathing techniques with the latest equipment.
Building Confidence Early
Swimming lessons for children early on builds confidence and helps with holidays. Non-swimmers use noodles, pick sinkers up off the steps, learn breathing in the water and swim through surface floating hoops - gaining water confidence from an early age.
